At Penguinos we strive to offer quality in every bite, but for whatever reason if you are unsatisfied with your purchase we will offer a full refund or credit to be used with Penguinos in the future.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
